Kings Engineering worked in conjunction with the client to help create a specialized bridge beam mould that serves as an alternative to the super tee beam.

This large and intricate mould is designed for producing expansive bridge beams that span significant distances. It addresses the growing demand for infrastructure projects requiring long-spanning beams.

By utilizing high tensile steel prestressing strands, the beams undergo a prestressing process within the mould, significantly enhancing their strength and load-bearing capacity.

This innovative solution offers improved possibilities for designing and implementing long-span bridges, contributing to robust and sustainable infrastructure projects.
